Live TV channels
Smartiflix channels: national, international and everything in between
Live TV on Smartiflix is organized into clear categories, so finding tonight’s news, the big game or a cartoon for the kids takes a couple of clicks on the remote, not a scroll through hundreds of numbers.

An honest note about line-ups
Channel availability changes over time, as it does with any TV provider. If one specific channel is the reason you are ordering, ask us to confirm it first — we would rather tell you now than disappoint you later.
International
Channels from the places your family calls home
North America is full of households with roots elsewhere. International channels are grouped by region and language so they are easy to find.
- United States & Canada
- United Kingdom & Ireland
- Europe
- Latin America
- Caribbean
- Middle East & North Africa
- South Asia
- Africa
- East & Southeast Asia
The depth of each region varies. Tell us the country and language you care about and we will send you what is currently available.
How to ask for a line-up
Name the region or language
For example “Portuguese-language news” or “channels from the Philippines”.
Mention any must-have channel
We check it specifically rather than giving a vague “yes”.
Decide with the facts
Order only once you are happy with the answer.
TV guide
How the program guide (EPG) works
The electronic program guide, or EPG, is the grid that shows what is on now and next. In most player apps it fills in automatically a few minutes after you sign in for the first time.
Because the guide data and your device clock need to agree, the most common EPG problem is simply a time-zone setting. If programs look an hour or three off, open the player app’s settings and set the guide time offset to your zone: Eastern, Central, Mountain, Pacific, Atlantic or Newfoundland time.
Some channels show catch-up or replay in the guide, depending on the channel and the player app. Where that is not available, the movie and series library covers on-demand viewing.
Guide not loading?
- Wait five minutes after the first sign-in.
- Use the app’s “Update EPG” or “Refresh guide” option.
- Check the device date, time and time zone.
- Still empty? Send us a photo of the guide screen.

Channel questions
How many channels does Smartiflix have?
We prefer not to advertise one big number, because line-ups change and a count says little about whether your channels are there. Ask us about the categories and specific channels you care about and we will give you a straight answer.
Can I get local channels for my city?
Availability of local and regional channels depends on the area. Send us your city or region and we will tell you what is currently included.
Are channels in HD?
Many channels are available in HD, and some in higher resolutions. The picture you actually see also depends on your internet speed and device.
Why is a live channel a few seconds behind?
Every internet stream is buffered by a few seconds so the picture stays smooth. It is normal and also true of cable and satellite to a lesser degree.
Can I hide channels the kids should not see?
Yes. Most player apps let you lock categories or channels behind a PIN. Our installation guide shows where to find the setting.

Check before you order
Is your channel in the guide? Just ask.
Send us the channels or the region you care about. You will get a clear answer, not a sales pitch.
